How it works
From first orientation to direct contact
From your first questions to direct contact with the clinic. You decide at every step whether to continue.
- 1
First check whether this suits you
Read why I work with this clinic and what you can and can't expect from me.
- 2
Optionally hear about my experience first
Would you like to know first what it felt like in practice? You can ask me about my own treatment, the communication, the stay, and what made me nervous beforehand. If we meet, I can also show you my result, so you get a more realistic picture. I don't give medical advice in doing so, and I don't assess whether a treatment is suitable for you.
- 3
You share your situation for more clarity
You fill in your details, wishes and photos. Drawing on my own experience, I think along with you practically and help you list points of attention and questions. I then check whether everything is clear and complete enough to possibly present to the clinic.
- 4
First assessment with masked contact details
If you give separate consent for that, I can present your intake information, medical information and photos to the clinic. Your name, email address and phone number remain masked. This way the clinic can first assess whether it sees possibilities, without contacting you directly.
- 5
You choose whether the clinic may contact you
If the clinic sees possibilities, I ask separate consent to share your full contact details. Without your agreement, the clinic does not receive that information and the process stops there.
From here on
You are in direct contact with the clinic
After you've given consent, the clinic receives your full contact details and contacts you directly. From that moment on, you discuss the proposal, planning, any costs, and the treatment directly with the clinic.
I remain available
You can still come to me after that
Direct contact with the clinic doesn't mean my guidance stops. I'm happy to remain available to think along with you based on my own experience — before, during and after the treatment.
You discuss medical questions, the proposal, planning and payment directly with the clinic. The clinic doesn't automatically keep me informed, so you decide for yourself what you share with me and where you use my help.
No obligations
You stay in control yourself
You decide at every step whether to continue. Sharing your situation, the clinic's assessment, and receiving a proposal do not obligate you to book a treatment.
Only once you agree to the clinic's booking terms can arrangements apply regarding payment, rescheduling, cancelling or not showing up.
- Your data is only shared with the clinic after separate consent.
- Before you book, you can decide at any time not to continue.
